The Vietnamese American Professional Women Association of Silicon Valley (VAPW) was founded in December 2006 to address the unique challenges that Vietnamese American women face today.

VAPW is dedicated to professional and personal growth for Vietnamese American women of all ages and backgrounds. Our vision is to build a strong support network for one another and strengthen our community ties.

In addition, VAPW seeks to affect positive changes through the support and mentorship of young women to enter diverse professional careers. We welcome all men and women who support our mission to participate in our events and encourage them to join our organization.
